- What are your shipping details? Prints are made to order just for you and delivered within 4 to 9 business days.
- What is your return policy? Since all of our artwork is custom-printed to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges except in the event of damage incurred during shipment. We want you to be 100% happy with your art, so please contact us if you have any concerns or questions. support@nurserydecorco.com
- What happens if an order is damaged? Though rare, damage during shipping does occur. If you receive a damaged package, contact support@nurserydecorco.com within 15 days of receipt of the order. A picture of the damaged product and packaging will be required.
- When will I receive the Printable Package? After purchasing a digital download, a file containing the art files will be sent directly to you via email to download and enjoy!
- Where can I print my artwork? Your digital download can be printed in many ways for varying price points! A few options are Walgreens, Costco, FedEx, Kinko, Staples, local printers, Frame it Easy, Nations Photo Lab, and Framebridge.
- How are the paper prints produced? Our prints are produced using wide-format inkjet printers. Known as giclee, this printing process is far superior to other forms of printing such as digital printing. The prints arrive on medium-weight paper with a matte finish, designed to create maximum color accuracy and eliminate glare caused by natural light.
